I knew the whinning was gonna start sometime. You lost. Period. I am sure that there are much more realistic reasons ( like money) that UW did not or will not Play on your precious home turf other than "they're scared". 400 yards of this, we gave away that, Wah. I like the UW but they are'nt even my favorite team. My favorite team wears orange and blue too and plays in aguably the toughest division in college football. Enjoy the win Huskie fans, and enjoy BSU's loss. No amount of whinning will change the final score. You guys remind me of Seminole fans with no national championships to back it up. Good Luck.-TBJ

You will hear no whining from me.. dawgs won fair and square. What a game of inches it was. BSU lived in your red zone and could not seal the deal. If there was an MVP, it would have to go to your linebackers. Those guys played a heck of a game.
BSU was flat. A couple things I'll point out. Locker is great when he is running the ball. Passing ??? not so much. He threw the ball right to BSU 3 or 4 times and got away with it. Makes some real poor choices it seems. At the same time, I felt bad for him because UW only has 1 guy who can catch the ball. They dropped a bunch of passes, or it would have been worse. He was great out of the pocket. That kid is FAST...
Fun game to watch. It was like " O.K, ANY TIME NOW GUYS". BSU had so many chances to win that game, and took advantage of none of them. Hats off to UW. I don't think Johnson even got 100 yards ?? they kept him pinned up all day. Also seemed like he was pussy footing around to much. All American Clady had what ?? 5 penalty's, 2 of them drive stoppers. he didn't have that many all of last year.
Oh yea.. BSU beat themselves. Can you believe zero points scored in the second half ???
Keep your hat stam.. I'll send a trinket your way, and if I can borrow a size 20 dress from a fat girl, I'll put it on, and model it for you guys.
On another note..Oregon beat Michigan like they were a Midwest Bible college.

O.k., now you all get my real thoughts... It's true the Broncos got outplayed. UW was faster, bigger, and played harder yesterday. I hope BSU can get their act together. Lots of inexperience showing yesterday. They have a lot of young players. I think they'll get it together. IF not this year, next for sure. Will they ever have another magic season like last year, probably not till they get a decent budget. Hell the Dawgs football budget is more than the whole BSU athletic department's budget. UW has one hell of a tough O-Line. Their skill players have unlimited potential, fast and big. It looked like Locker got slowed down after his rushing TD, and I hope it's not due to injury. That boy is gonna be good when he grows up! Hell, he's good now. My 2 favorite teams are BSU and whoever is beating Ohio State. I'll be hollering for the dogs next week. I just hope UW wins out, and is crowned national champ. Them BSU won't look so bad at the end of the season...

I thought whining sounded more like...'We only lost because the refs were making horrible calls', or 'your quarterback gave our quarterback herpes'. VHawk

BSU had so many chances to win that game, and took advantage of none of them. that's not the way i saw it....did you ever stop and think that the defense shut them down in pressure situations? the dawgs d was awesome when they needed to be, breaking up passes...stuffing the line at 3rd and short...making a huge pick at the end of the game...? BSU got shut down, plain and simple

Both teams were kinda sloppy, but UW managed to fit a couple quality drives in along with all the sloppiness. The D looked pretty good and Locker didn't do much to give away the game, which is exactly what UW needed to happen. Nice win, Dawgs. Bring on the Buckeyes.

I think all those missing kids on milk cartons are at his house right now... AHAHAHAHAH NY VINNIE! He's probably the weirdest sports guy ever. I heard him on the radio one day talking about how he was on some diet. 2 maybe 3 days later I see him driving out of the drive thru at McD's... I think he's on the Seefood diet. See food, and eat it.... But boy he's a weird duck man. Wouldn't kill me if we deported him back to NY

I watched the game. BSU seemed to be in a funk for the whole game. They actually played like they weren't well coached, sloppy play, stupid penalties, etc. I was surprised since everyone talks about how good of a coach Peterson is, and he really seems like a good coach.
Two things I noticed. 1) The UW linebackers played really well. Good containment, plug the holes, hit hard, really good. 2) Locker needs someone to throw to, that can catch, and run good routes.
The UW offence does not really have a N-S running threat, and Locker may not make it 4 games if he has to take on safeties and LBs in the secondary on every scamper out of the pocket. The kid is unbelievably fast, I mean I was shaking my head watching him RUN PAST cornerbacks. But running your QB more than 6 times a game, to me seems ludicris, no matter how big of a stud he is. His decision making will come along soon enough, since he has only started 2 games. Barring injury, the kid is going to be the next great QB coming out of UW.

Gotta agree.. the UW running back was nothing special.. he actually sucked. Can't remember seeing a QB as fast as Locker though.

But running your QB more than 6 times a game, to me seems ludicris, no matter how big of a stud he is. Marques Tuiasosopo and I had a little chuckle there. Seeing the QB taking on a CB or LB makes me nervous too, but some QB's are meant to run. With some more time at the helm he'll probably decide to pass more and rush less, but you don't want to put chains on someone like him.

No doubt, he is a single handed game changer. I don't think that they will ever put the reins on Locker, unless he is getting banged up. I also think he will develop pocket skills if he starts to get better receiving options. It won't be long however before teams scheme against Locker and make him beat them with his arm and even worse letting the RB carry the ball. I mean USC will not worry at all about letting their CBs cover UW receivers 1 on 1 and let the LBs wait on Locker at the LOS. Hopefully the receivers can step up and start making good plays for him.
I guess, I am tending to think too much of the next level for him. "Most" of your Heisman type QBs are pocket passers with the ability to elude when required. VY is a notable exception and he is excelling by all accounts in the NFL. If he can develop greater pocket skills with his athleticism the guy could be all time.

Marty Tadman is a pretty cool story.. instead of being a tweaker punk and kicking peoples asses for their pocket change, he turned his life around and is a strong influence on kids in the community. Spends alot of time spreading the "word". Gods not my deal, but he walks the talk. He didn't start out life that way.
He does that all the time not just at that game. Sorry you feel so slighted. Why would you want to see someone get hurt over a petty deal like that. Sounds like something a douchbag would say.
