Anyone heading to the VH show tonight? Do my best to give a concert report tommorow.

Van Halen sucks! All Hat and no cattle. Got to be comatose to go see them a second time. I saw them once years ago, and must have not been stone enough, because I remembered clearly how bad they were, and to never pay to see such crap. Actually, I didn't pay then either, because I was part of the production crew. They had this one song "Jump," where David Lee Roth would leap high in the air and do a split yelling "JUMP," before coming down. That was the highlight of that show, David Lee Roth imitating a Vegas Circ act. He's much to old for that crap now, I'm sure.

I can also remember the garbage can's of booze, that were collected from the crowd by security. Man we split that [censored] up and partied for days. I think it was the second best stash, behind the 38 Special Show. You could stock a liquor store with the stuff we confiscated at that one.

Anyway, the help should have some good party supplies after tonights show, I'm sure.

No they don't. I have heard nothing but good things about this tour.

I was @ the VH show last night. And they did nothing short of kick major ass. Band was tight, Dave kept the showmanship to a controlled volume if you will, and well obviously EVH played amazingly. Good god that man does things to a guitar that must be illegal in most states. All classics were played and some cool improv rocked as well. Crowd was cool, a lot of hot old butt rock chick ass in the crowd. Love it. Awesome drum solo by Alex. And seeing Eddie's son play with dad was awesome. What a rush for the both of em. When I first saw the VH sucks post I was like blank that but when it all boils down who cares. If every body liked the same music we would all be speaking german. I am envious of being a rodie. That must be a cool experience. Security kept the herb consumption to a low. Come on the smoke might do the sonics some good! Any way I wish I was going to see Tool tonight but beggers cant be choosers. VH ROCKS!!!!

A bunch of my buds were there, they said it was a great show. I was surprised to see those photos of Eddie jumping around like he did when he was a 24-Heinekens-before-the-show suds h ound. Those must have been some strong plastic hips he had installed.............
