Have you heard of it?
Know what it stands for?
Do you know what it could mean to our Country?

RVW, The Snopes single reference for the NAU doesnt even scratch the surface of what possibly might happen. That meeting was a front for what's really going on behind the scenes.... Enlighten yourself...Watch: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=...earch&plindex=0I'm not saying I'm totally buying into this, but all of the information contained in that movie is pretty convincing. I'd like to hear what others think.

The only way we'll unite with Canadia and Mexistan is if we decide to invade them. Besides, I didn't see anything mentioned in Nostradamus's quatrains. If that's the case, I'll lead the charge to Cabo.

Sky-Guy----I watched it and don't feel enlightened but I do respect your right to believe whatever you want. I saw fragments and sound bites that didn't even correspond with the subject.

Yep the plan to undermine US Labor with cheap imports is really a conspiracy hatched by UFO's to impregnate cornfed mid-west virgins with Elvis' seed. WOW! It never dawned on me that Elvis' seed is still out there - probably saved in the underground bunker with all of L. Ron Hubbard's original works. The sad part of this joke is that there really is an underground bunker built buy the scientologists to house Hubbard's "works". As for the NAU, Doonesbury covered that years ago.

Must be the full moon.
Some people need to re-adjust their tins hats.
RvW - the key to the salesmen in Cabo is to just tell them you are already an owner.
I'll pick up some Chicklets for ya. I try to buy the entire box off the small children for $2. Had a "done deal" while at The Office, but my wife made me give the box back in exchange for the $2.
The kid and I had a DEAL! $2 for the entire box of Chicklets.
You should have seen the look on the kids' moms face when he came back to her with no Chicklets and $2. It was priceless.
My wife freaked out at that point and made me go back on the deal. I was pissed.
Someone's gotta teach those little bastages a lesson! Might as well be me.
Actually, someone really needed to just slap that "Mom" upside the head, but it wasn't going to be Anotre Americano Gringo.

It is my firm belief that this country is run by Corporations and will always lean towards what is good for corporations. It is also my firm belief that what is good for corporations is bad for the common citizen. Therefore, this country will always lean towards what is bad for the common citizen. I don't see a true union with Mexico ever happening because then they would be held to our environmental and labor laws which would be bad for corporations and good for it's citizens.

So Chasbo, Have you watched the movie I posted, & Have you read about what the NAU stands for? Or are you simply forming a quick opinion about the topic? I'm thinking the latter unless you care to prove me wrong.
Like I said before, I'm not totally bought into this, I've just been reading about it lately. I'm looking to you guys to argue for or against the theory and possibility.

Good Map Hohbomb.
Did all of you know that Mexico will have have a new "SmartPort" located in Kansas city that is already under construction?
It will fly a Mexican flag, and be soveirn Mexican soil, in our own country!!! Goods shipped from China will be able to land in Mexico and then be trucked duty free and without inspection all the way to Kansas City on the new superhighways, already under construction as well, right to KC. That's the map that Hoh posted. Conspiracy theory or fact???
Oh, those highways will go Right past the NAFTA HQ, which btw is also in Mexico....

Yup that's why various unions are so upset. But we don't inspect much as it is anyway. We need to modify our constitution:
"We the corporations of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Conglomerate, establish maximum profits, insure low wages, provide for common servitude, promote general slavery, etc. "

Sky-Guy! I have not been able to watch the movie - I can only get away with so much at work. I wouldn't worry too much about sovereign status for this port - all embassies are sovereign soil, that's why people can seek asylum at them. Also, native-american reservations are also sovereign nations inside our borders. Of course, based on accused abuses of the fisheries in Washington by tribes (that I have read on this site), maybe that's not a good example.

OK I have watched about half of so far and don't think I can stand to watch the other half. I would rather look at footage of space aliens or bigfoot. 500 million people on earth. It would be very lonely by todays standard. The population density would be like North Dakota. Fishing would be better though and probably no wars because we would ALL be working for the MAN. As long as I am one of the 500 million sounds good to me. Maybe I could be in charge of cutting off fish heads to feed to the other 499,999,999 along with their bowl of rice.

I'm not in a postion to comment of the item you opened up the thread for but the customs safe ports have been done in other areas I believe. I worked on a project up by Custer, between B'ham and Blaine, that was to be used by Canadian shippers. The trucks would come over the border with a seal on them, go to the 'safe' port and then out with being inspected or duty paid until the product reached it's destination. I really don't remember all the particulars as it's been 20 years ago. It had to do with paying duty on the products, inspections and the land used would be considered Canadian similar to embassy grounds. Vague but that's all I remember.

How could the present administration possibly be smart enough to conspire to bring down the towers? and keep it a secret?
Try not paying your Income taxes and getting away with it.
1. "The Administration is merely a tool of "The Rich"...and trust me, none of us are "Rich". The Administration works best if it is NOT smart. When you have all the money in the world you can afford to keep lots of secrets. Did you not see the live footage of the Pentagon on TV clearly NOT showing ANY plane or anything that was EVER on a plane? They are keeping it a secret from YOU. ...but the evidence exists if YOU chose to look for it. 2. There is NO LAW requiring "us" to pay Federal Income Tax. Never has been. I DO get away with it, as do tens of thousands of other people... If you doubt what I say, feel free to post a link to the specific law requiring anyone (yourself included) to pay Federal Income Tax. Try reading the fine print on your next W4... specifically the section describing "EXEMPT" status...

While I didn't watch the video, I checked out a number of websites warning about the NAU. All of the sources tended to be extreme right wing organizations. The way far right is as bad as the way far left contingent.
I really find it hard to beleive that a lame duck president is going to be able to push something like this through in the remaining 11 months of his presidency.
Mexistan is a third world country with weaker borders than ours. Why would we want to link up to that, allowing terrorists even easier access to our country?
I'm not buying it.

If you don't have to pay your taxes how come Al Capone was put in prison for Tax Evasion. Clearly he had enough money to hire good lawyers. A guy at my work tried the not paying taxes thing. He went to jail.

Andy, understand that the information being presented here is that Bush is only a single pawn in a long line of pawns that have each played a role to carry this proposed plan out. It's all backed by the elite society of the world who have long been in a position of power. Mexistan is a third world country with weaker borders than ours. Why would we want to link up to that, allowing terrorists even easier access to our country?
I'm not buying it. If the NAU comes into fruition, we will only need to guard Mexico's southern border with Belize and Guatemala, which is much smaller. Mexico, Canada, and the US would in essence become one state. Andy, I already addressed snopes #1 above, it's off the mark of the true issue.

I just finished watching the movie and it did make some points. If you don't watch it, how in the hel! can you debate it's merits? Man some of you guy's should lighten up, and keep to the "Man I really got drunk Thread." Ironic that the movie illustrated, just how easy it is to program individuals to cast a blind eye, as they welcome and defend their own enslavement. Sorta like this thread is going. That's how Hitler got all those perfect little Nazi's to march in lock step. Each group now has their own little Nazi agenda. Democrats, Republicans, Conservatives, Liberals, Christian, Jews, Muslims, Blacks, Whites, Mexicans, you name the group, they will talk and act like Nazi's if given the chance. Hence WWIII? BTW, liberal Nazi's, with their hollier than thou attitudes, are just as nauseous, as Blue Jay is on this board. Maybe not quit as much, but definitely close.

Sorry, dude... but not one of those links answers the challenge I gave you. Not one of those people was arrested for anything even vaguely concerning the issue at hand. If you sign the W4 with the IRS telling them you will pay based on ANY NUMBER of exemptions or by "itemizing" your return you have just created the law by which you will be judged. You just signed a contract. The people you posted links about were all arrested because in one way or another they were "in breach". Again: Find me the LAW that requires any United States Citizen to pay income tax. Ever heard of the Federal Reserve? If you think it's part of our government, you have some education ahead of you. How could a corporation make money loaning paper currency to our government? How could a corporation exist that doesn't profit?

hobomb there is no reason for you to cop an attitude with me just because I stated "Try not paying your Income taxes and getting away with it. " I am sure that you "DO get away with it, as do tens of thousands of other people.." The IRS is a huge bureaucracy which is never going to catch all of the tax evaders. I am much older that you and this argument is not new. I agree that there is no specific law that I have ever seen which states that we must pay income tax. My brother cheated his whole life , didn't pay taxes, and filed bankruptcy every seven years. When he died he didn't have a pot to piss in. Had become a "sand pisser" (so to speak) the links I posted are ALL about fighting the Federal dept of Justice and the IRS. Here is another link: http://www.usdoj.gov/tax/injunctions.htm

No attitude here, dude. Sometimes that's hard to interpret from typed words.
The IRS is not interested in pursuing people who know that they do not have to pay taxes. This is because they have NEVER won any such case.
I don't wanna criticize your brother but I don't know what his story has to do with the subject of this thread.
The above link ALSO does not have anything to do with the subject of this thread. Direct quote from your link explaining what the subject of the link is:
"fraudulent tax return preparers and promoters of tax-fraud schemes"
The Federal Income Tax Amendment was never ratified, therefore there is no law. People pay voluntarily. If you fraudulently manipulate the amount that you previously, contractually, and voluntarily agreed to pay THEN and only then have you committed a crime.
It may seriously surprise you to learn what your taxes are used for...

When he died he didn't have a pot to piss in. I am certainly not trying to offend you, but the humor potential is tempting me. If I am dead, why would I need a pot to piss in? Sorry, just a joke. I couldn't resist.

Ever heard of the Federal Reserve? If you think it's part of our government, you have some education ahead of you. How could a corporation make money loaning paper currency to our government? How could a corporation exist that doesn't profit? Thanks for pointing that out hohbomb. From the way some are representing themselves in this thread, one would assume that many have bought into the idea that the Federal Reserve works on behalf of the American citizen. NOT!!! When they use the word Federal, as it relates to the Reserve, or it's Chairman, they are houdwinking and bamboozzolling you. It is not a part of the Government. The government has to pay them (private money handlers) or they will shut us down. Our political leaders and all branches of government, do as they are told by this group. If not, they will never get their names on a ballot. I expect to have someone chime in with "Conspiracy Theory," blah,- blah,- blah. Assuming they have their facts, when they don't bother to research for themselves. Main stream Media is not allowed to tell you this stuff. They ( Money handlers) own the main stream media.

OK listen up! The entire Income Tax is illegal thing was a SCAM. It was perpetuated by a CON ARTIST who preyed on ignorant antigovernment hillbillies at Gunshows, Militia Meetings, and Libertaian Convetions. He sold Information Packets for $50 each with copies of fake "forms" that supposedly opted you out being a Tax Paying Citizen. Stupid hicks fell for it and the guy went to PRISON, just like you will if you stop contributing your share as a citizen. HERE IT IS IN BLACK & WHITE (with nice little red borders) The Constitutional Authority: Authority to Levy Income Tax:
"Amendment XVI: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." The Legal Authority: You're in there somewhere. As well as what they're allowed to do to you if you act like a Piker and don't pay up. 26 USC Chap. 75, Sec. 7203. Willful failure to file return, supply information, or pay tax
-STATUTE- Any person required under this title to pay any estimated tax or tax, or required by this title or by regulations made under authority thereof to make a return, keep any records, or supply any information, who willfully fails to pay such estimated tax or tax, make such return, keep such records, or supply such information, at the time or times required by law or regulations, shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $25,000 ($100,000 in the case of a corporation), or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both, together with the costs of prosecution. In the case of any person with respect to whom there is a failure to pay any estimated tax, this section shall not apply to such person with respect to such failure if there is no addition to tax under section 6654 or 6655 with respect to such failure. In the case of a willful violation of any provision of section 6050I, the first sentence of this section shall be applied by substituting "felony" for "misdemeanor" and "5 years" for "1 year". There it is folks. Now stop listening to Urban Legend Bullsh*t spewed by guys wearing Chewstained Camo.

Irie: The amendment you site was NEVER RATIFIED. The link you posted is NON-SPECIFIC,and does not say what you think it does.
"26 USC Chap. 75, Sec. 7203. Willful failure to file return, supply information, or pay tax

hohbomb don't waste your time. It's amazing how these threads can get side railed with stuff that blocks a proper discussion of the subject ( N A U ! ) of the thread. A great percentage of the time, it's the loud and nauseous, elitist liberal , or and equally loud and nauseous, KKK card holder , that's the culprits. Some need to take the cotton out of their ears, and put it in their mouth.

What are thoughts on the N A U, or the Federal Reserve? Any thoughts on that? Anybody? Any comments on the movie, other than the empty U F O, Or conspiracy theory response? I would love to hear more feed back related to the title of the thread, or the movie by people who actually cared enough to watch it, instead of blindly farting out comments, that sabotages the thread.

Hey, if the shoe fits....... I didn't ask you the pick that shoe up. BTW, I am comfortable in my own shoe's and rich enough to own them. If I see a turd and it smells like a turd, I will call it that. That's what I do when I post to a thread. I'm not afraid to let the chips fall where they may. I'm sorry to say it Salmo, but that kind of attitude is exactly what these people bank on. Ignorance is bliss, right?
So go flip on some sports on TV, and eat a twinkie, and take a nap. We'll let ya know when it really hits the fan and it's to late for anyone to do anything about these people....
My intent was to bring awareness of these problems to you all if you didnt already know what was going on. It upsets me when I hear that you choose to ignore the message instead of taking some time to learn and form your own opinion...

What's wrong there JLH? Are you frustrated that most people ignored this topic when you brought it up a few months ago? Maybe some of us have come to the conclusion that there are actually REAL issues that need to be addressed and debating these conspiracies is a WASTE OF TIME. It doesn't frustrate me at all that people are free to post to which ever topics they wish. Man you sure have it wrong. We all post to the topics of our choice. That's freedom!!!! You chime in on this thread without adding anything that contributes to the topic, but..... Conspiracy theory!, Waste of Time!.. crap. What are you, the thread farmer that cultivates the topics that we can post to? If Aunty doesn't participate, then it a waste of my time. Is that what adult members of this group do? I could give a rat's behind which threads others post to. I chose to post freely to the threads I chose, and not because a clique controls me. That's why I suggested, that those that didn't have anything to add but conspiracy theory, or waste of time, to click on another topic, because it adds nothing. A popular one is the "I got so drunk thread," and that's cool. I didn't post to it, and some others, because I had nothing to add. You post to this one, do you care to add anything? BTW, I never posted this topic, and you should get your facts straight before putting it out there, for the purpose of leading others to have a prejudice towards me or my post. What if I tell everyone that Aunty is lying, and use this as an example? Of course I wouldn't do that, because it might plant a seed that suggest that Aunty tells lies. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but the World is not in a tight Orbit around your but% hole. N A U?

Sky-guy,
Seriously, I'm not disinterested. And I rarely watch sports TV, never eat Twinkies, but do admit to a good nap now and then. I've never found ignorance bliss BTW. However, I can barely watch a 5 minute U-tube video on my computer; a 2 hour movie doesn't have a chance. At this point I'm interested enough to read an Executive Summary and see if I'd want to read the book, but movies on the computer don't work for me yet.
Don't get me wrong. I'm a Constitutional supporter, and had I been there at the time, would have joined the Sons of Liberty in a heartbeat. It's just that at my age now, I'm not exactly in my best shape to be starting a revolution. But I could lend whatever support I'm able however. Hey - who's that knocking at my door? What'dya' mean you read about my revolution conspiracy on the internet? Whhoops, see ya' Sky-guy. Apparently you're right! They're coming to take us away, and that dam* Hankster and Fishpinner don't see a problem with it.

No person fits the above "requirement" unless he/she signs a "contract" agreeing to.
PS: I don't chew and I'm NOT wearing camo. WTF are you smoking?? Ratified February 1913. The resolution proposing the Sixteenth Amendment was passed by the Sixty-first Congress and submitted to legislatures of the several states on July 12, 1909. Support for the income tax was strongest in the western states, and opposition was strongest in the northeastern states.[16] The governor of New York, Charles Evans Hughes, who a few years later became a Supreme Court justice, opposed the income tax amendment because he believed "from whatever source derived" implied that passage would confer the federal government with the power to tax state and municipal bonds and thus excessively centralize government power.[17] The presidential election of 1912 was contested between three advocates of an income tax.[18] On February 25, 1913, the Secretary of State Philander Knox proclaimed that the amendment had been ratified by the necessary three-quarters of the states, and thus had become part of the Constitution. An income tax, the Revenue Act of 1913 was shortly passed by Congress. According to the United States Government Printing Office, the following states ratified the amendment:[19] Alabama (August 10, 1909) Kentucky (February 8, 1910) South Carolina (February 19, 1910) Illinois (March 1, 1910) Mississippi (March 7, 1910) Oklahoma (March 10, 1910) Maryland (April 8, 1910) Georgia (August 3, 1910) Texas (August 16, 1910) Ohio (January 19, 1911) Idaho (January 20, 1911) Oregon (January 23, 1911) Washington (January 26, 1911) Montana (January 27, 1911) Indiana (January 30, 1911) California (January 31, 1911) Nevada (January 31, 1911) South Dakota (February 1, 1911) Nebraska (February 9, 1911) North Carolina (February 11, 1911) Colorado (February 15, 1911) North Dakota (February 17, 1911) Michigan (February 23, 1911) Iowa (February 24, 1911) Kansas (March 2, 1911) Missouri (March 16, 1911) Maine (March 31, 1911) Tennessee (April 7, 1911) Arkansas (April 22, 1911, after having previously rejected the amendment) Wisconsin (May 16, 1911) New York (July 12, 1911) Arizona (April 3, 1912) Minnesota (June 11, 1912) Louisiana (June 28, 1912) West Virginia (January 31, 1913) New Mexico (February 3, 1913) Ratification (by the requisite thirty-six states) was completed on February 3, 1913 with the ratification by New Mexico (but see Delaware and Wyoming below). The amendment was subsequently ratified by the following states, bringing the total number of ratifying states to forty-two of the forty-eight then existing: 37. Delaware (February 3, 1913) 38. Wyoming (February 3, 1913) 39. New Jersey (February 4, 1913) 40. Vermont (February 19, 1913) 41. Massachusetts (March 4, 1913) 42. New Hampshire (March 7, 1913, after rejecting the amendment on March 2, 1911)
AGAIN. In black & White with a nifty red border. Head in the sand indeed.

Philander Knox, Sec of State, 1909-1913, the Taft Administration, proclaimed the 16th amendment to be ratified just a few days before he left office in 1913 (the same year the FEDERAL RESERVE was chartered as a corporation), to make way for the Wilson administration, even though he knew it had not been legally ratified. Philander Knox had for many years been the primary attorney for the richest men in America, including Carnegie, Rockefeller, Morgan, the Vanderbilts, the Mellons, and others. He had created for them the largest cartel in the world, then was appointed, at their request, as the Attorney General in the McKinley/Roosevelt administrations, where he refused to enforce the Sherman anti-trust laws against the cartel he had just created. The income tax amendment was pushed through Congress in 1909 by Sen Nelson Aldrich, father-in-law of John D Rockefeller Jr, and grandfather and namesake of Nelson A Rockefeller, and would not have been ratified if Knox had not fraudulently proclaimed it so.
