Talk about a " walk off".....this woman is one helluva of a speaker...there is a lot of time before the election and anything can happen, but this ticket is going to be hard to beat. This selection is looking like a genious move by Mccain!!!!!

I missed it, as I was digging out the balance of 560 feet of drainage ditch. It would make one hell of a fighting position!

I don't care what side of the ailse your on, that was one of the better politcal speeches I have heard in recent times. I saw a teleprompter, but it was moving much faster then she was talking and teleprompter or not, it was her timing and delivery that made that speech come off so well.

However, her statement about not accepting pork for the bridge to nowhere is pretty inaccurate. I think that is where she is going to be beat up by her opponents and the media.

She hit Obama pretty hard without making it look like a hatchet job. This will be fun to watch as the race continues.

I think its fun to watch the conservatives on here and elsewhere jack each other off over everything thier new dream ticket does. As was said earlier we shall have to wait and see.

I saw the teleprompter with rolling text before they quickly switched angles. No lie. Now, regarding Todd Palin, For 18 years, he worked for BP Oil in the North Slope oil fields of Alaska. He is also a commercial salmon fisherman at Bristol Bay on the Nushugak River. Maybe that won't have anything to do with anything, maybe it will, but what gets me most is the pot calling the kettle black.
