I was thinking of painting my fence if anybody wants to come over and watch it dry you are welcome.
Andy's ditch is a lot more exciting than watching 72 year old John McCain talk for 30 minutes. I remember listening to my granpa tell stories like that. He would go on and on then ask " now what was I talking ablut "?

I personally thought the highlights of the convention were;

1.) Fred Thompson, the near life long actor, talking about Obama being a celebrity. Hmmm.....

2.) Palin trashing Reid and the 'do nothing' Senate, and then immediately mentioning her running mate 'Senator John McCain'...

I'm not a Republican, and I still would have had someone other than Thompson take the 'celebrity' angle, and put some space between Palin's remarks.

Of course, I would have been inclined to have them actually address the issues instead of barking for three days on tabloid fodder, but of course, they never asked...
