So, what about the youtube from c-span, seems everytime someone from the other side comes up with something concrete you just ignore it. I believe that it is from 2004--- would have given us a head start on this crisis.

If the Dems had voted party line than it would have passed. I read the info KK and I saw where it discussed what taxes were collected but not where it described the disbursments.
