Well, the show was last night. It was extraordinary, those guys truly have not missed a beat. The crowd was on their feet the entire performance. The venue was sold out, mixed bag of people from 16 to damn near 60. One of the most amusing things was the number of people playing air guitar. I must admit I was one of them. Might have been the tequila or it might have been the ummmm, other stuff. When the tell you smoking is not allowed in the auditorium it is strictly restricted to not smoking cigarettes. The stage and the sound were both phenomenal. Huge, I mean huge big screen at the back of the stage. Large enough to see the sweat flying... It is hard to believe they have been doing this stuff for 30 years! I think Kev got the set almost exactly as it was performed maybe some minor adjustments. I would go again up in Tacoma if I was in the hood. Anyone who considers themselves fans would be cheating themselves if the did not go see the show. Pay the scalpers just get inside. Dan S. I hope you already have your tix.

Thanks for the review. I wondered about the concert when I walked by the mag rack in the store and saw Angus, Malcolm and Brian's picture on the cover of the new Rolling Stone.

Here's vid from the Rolling Stone's website with the lads talking about the album and other stuff:

Damn you, One Way..............daaaaaaamn you!

I didn't have tix.

I shouldn't have read that review because now I'm thinking I should have gone. I've seen them quite a few times, but they're always good.

The Seattle/Tacoma shows were Nov 29/30.

sadly i wasn't there frown

i was about the pull the trigger on tickets the first day they went on sale, decided to check my checking account balance first and found out that i had been ripped off for $900. by the time i got that straightened out, they were sold out...

at least i got my money back, but i had sworn that i was going to see them after i missed their last tour, i probably won't get another shot now.

Jebus Dan.. AC/DC in town and you with no ticket is as big of a crime as my departed mother being told she would NOT be attending a Kenny Rogers gig... had I known I'd have bought you that ticket.

As you all know, I'm a huge fan myself. Bon Scott and the boys 1978 Vancover B.C is the best anything I ever saw.. who knows what kind of stuff that guy could have come up with had he lived. The best Lyric writter in like.. oh.. ever IMHO

I figgured B-RUN wasn't stupid enough to let AC/DC come through town without seeing them. And I agree with you..........Bon was a lyrical master and with Angus on his SG, they had a thing that worked so well together it was like a well-oiled machine. What would the disc/album after H2H have sounded like?

This has been, all around, a pretty f*cked up year for me. Missing the bad boys in concert was just the latest thing on a loooong list. I will NOT mind seeing 2008 go into the history books.

Dan, you can still fly down and make Oakland tonight. The friend I went with Tuesday is going again tonight. That is a bit over the top. I tell you what if someone approached me today I bet I would take them up on it...

The T-Dome show was great! Very, very loud but the sound was awesome! The place was sold out, 21,000 people all on their feet for the entire show. A friend of ours tagged along to buy a ticket at the show, walked up to the door, walked past one of the ticket takers as she was scanning a ticket and sat next to us the entire show, unbelievable! I remember the days of old, getting pat down or the metal wand. I saw folks with digi-cameras, video cameras, etc. It was a great show!
Through a friend who some inside info, there is rumors that the Boys will be back through Seattle in the summer of 2009.
