Earn your OUPV (6-Pack) or 100 Ton Masters License. This is the license you need to carry passengers for hire (fishing guides, tour boat operators, etc.) Post Falls evening class now forming. OUPV class starts Monday, March 30th. Class will be 4 hours per evening from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for three weeks. This class is being held in conjunction with North Idaho College's Workforce Training Center.
