Roast beef sandwich with a slice of provalone and couple slices of dill pickle on Poulsbo bread, a banana, and an almond joy candy bar, every day this week. I usually eat good food, but lack creativity, so I eat the same thing day after day.

I would have made the bacon and cheese stuffed pizza burger when I was in college. Now just looking at it makes me ill.

Turkey wrap, celery dipped in cottage cheese, and an apple.

Well, my buddy who forwarded me the Patty Melt link made it last night. Said it was easily one of the Top 5 burgers he's ever eaten! He added caramelized onions and bacon, as well added some soup mix to his burger.



I could see eating one toasted cheese sandwich, but not two. Add to that a huge beef patty and some bacon.

Wow. I wonder how many calories he ingested with that meal????

I just checked my lunch bag: an organic chicken sandwich, as a matter of fact this chicken is so organic it died of natural causes. It got crushed between the other chicken cages, and its head exploded, so naturally, it died.

The bread it was made on, is so organic it still smells like poop.

I also got a slice of organic cheese on there. The cow who made this milk chose to be milked of her own volition, she only had to see the cattle prod this time.

I feel really good about this meal.
