By that same line of reasoning, if you wanted Bush prosecuted you must prosecte Obama. Absolutely. When Nobel Peace Prize winner President Obama lies to the people of the United States to justify invading a sovereign nation and endorses torture, by all means, prosecute to the fullest extent.

Alan,
There was no typo there that required any fixing.
If you thought there was, it's because Bush's sack sitting on your chin is blocking your view.

Before we even knew who the nominees were, I posted that a democrat president would do many of the same things Bush was criticized for and it would be fine with the lefties... And it appears it is. Really? Since he hasn't RUSHED into dismanteling everything the worst president of all time has done that means he is doing the same things? It's like flipping a switch huh?

A small zoo in Forks, Washington, obtained a very rare species of gorilla.
Within a few weeks the gorilla, a female, became very difficult to handle. Upon examination, the veterinarian determined the problem.
The gorilla was in heat. To make matters worse, there was no male gorilla available to service her.
Thinking about their problem, the Zoo Keeper thought of Danny Irie, a redneck part-time worker responsible for cleaning the animal cages. Danny Irie, like most rednecks, had little sense but possessed ample ability to satisfy a female of any species.
The Zoo Keeper thought they might have a solution. Danny I. was approached with a proposition. Would he be willing to mate with the gorilla for $500?
Danny Irie showed some interest, but said he would have to think the matter over carefully. The following day, he announced that he would accept their offer, but only under five conditions:
"First," Danny Irie said, "I ain't gonna kiss her on the lips." The Keeper quickly agreed to this condition.
"Second," he said, "she must wear a 'Dale Earnhardt Forever' T-Shirt." The Keeper again readily agreed to this condition.
"Third," he said, "you can't never tell no one about this." The Keeper again readily agreed to this condition.
"Fourth," Danny H. Irie said, "I want all the children raised Southern Baptist." Once again it was agreed.
"And last," Danny H. Irie said, "I'll need another week to come up with the $500."

Hey look.
Alan got that sack off his chin just long enough to type out a joke about f'ing a gorilla.
Here's a funny joke.
What do you call a guy who has GW Bush's ball sack sitting on his chin?

See where Bama"s advisors scored another slam dunk! They opted to leave Fox out of any future press conclaves at the White House. The other networks that were invited said, "no thanks". I guess there are still some sane people out there. http://directorblue.blogspot.com/2009/10/obama-administration-tries-to-ban-fox.html

I didn't vote for Obama, and I think his term has been largely a failure.
I see little difference between this administration, and the gang of dildos that just left, with few notable exceptions.

Didn't like Bush but at the very least the govt didn't control 30% of the economy when he was around. Instead, they lost 40% of the economy. There's something to be proud of.

Just for info. I'm on SS and under medicare. I opted for Med Advantage when I first turned 65. What a nightmare! Nothing was covered. Drugs had higher copay, lab tests had copay, billing was screwed up royally. more BS! I petitioned PEBB to go back to Providence, paid $10 more a month in supplemental and everything is covered. I have to undergo lab tests once a month, covered in full, even by an outside provider.
I keep hearing Medicare is gov. run. More BS! Medicare hands the money held from SS over to Providence and they provide the billing and the care. They do one hell of a job. I couldn't ask for more.
But if this Obama/Stretch Pelosi/Dirty Harry plan goes into effect we'll probably get less!

That's complete and utter nonsense and you know it. After reading your posts, I thought that was the idea here.

It's called 'single payer', and as I remember, it's socialist................at least according to the true defenders of the faith , the rightwing ...............not to mention more than a few right here on this here board. Sometimes I wonder if still, after all this time, half of the posters don't have a damn clue about what is 'single payer', what is 'public option', and as for the term 'govt. run', it seems to be defined as anything they want it to be. Saw a PO will be in the Senate bill now....................... Single payer in my book means you pay one provider and you have no choice in the matter. I still have a choice-- so far. Maybe you wrote the bill huh? Actually it means the gov. or government entity collects the money and pays the bills.
