or two. Anyone have any suggestions as to a good way to sell guns. I am getting old, as are the guns. I know some shops will sell on consignment but that can take for ever , and Cabelas doesn't seem to pay what they may be worth. Just fishing for ideas I guess.

I've had some luck selling on 24hourcampfire... but you'll have to deal with shipping and the FFL stuff if they are out of state. But they have lots of people looking everyday on that site.

if the.33 was made in 1909 it is an an antique and you do not have to sell Thur a dealer if you sell and need to ship. you might want to check with an appraiser on it. i seem to remember that a .33 1886 is worth some thing. take it to cabelas.

I'd take the browning, if I didn't already have one. They are SWEET little guns!!!!!!

24hourcampfire, ar15.com, gunbroker, auctionarms and the rest are excellent places to sling your shootin sticks.

FFL transfer isn't a big deal. Got to a dealer in your area and they can do it for you. It will cost ya a small fee $20 - $50 depending on what they charge.

Good luck!!!

Try DJ's in Bothell.
They have been very fair and probably handle more collector/high end firearms than anybody in the area.
I have traded/sold with them and been pretty satisfied.
