This boat is in new condition. I’ve kept it stored in a garage for most of its life. The bottom has very few scratches. The only cosmetic damage is a small scratch on the bow. What year and model is it? tunnel hull etc.

It's a 1991 "Steelheader" model. It's not a tunnel hull.
