Need to sell my 1997 Ford xl as I am buying a new Dodge diesel to pull my trailer.I was not planning on selling this vehicle so I spent a bunch of money on accessories that the dealer will not give me a penny for. These are the stats.:
1997 Ford xl std. cab,v-6,5 spd.,l/b,metallic gold,chrome wheels with brand new Dueler A/T tires($700),factory running boards,splash guards and trim,line-x sprayed($500)bed with a bed rug($600) on top,folding steel canopy($600),exhaust($250),k&n air filter,tinted windows($300),all new brakes,all new fluids.
The best part is it only has 54,000 miles. The truck is a real eye catcher and is rock solid/dependable.This truck is a real runner with lots of low end torque, and pulls great.

Average retail according to NADA is $8,000 even,without any accessories. $8,000 + $3,000=$11,ooo dollars.

Average trade-in according to NADA is $6,225,witout any accessories. $6,225 + $3,000=$9,225 dollars.

I am asking $7,100 for this truck that is in near new conditionbecause I would rather make someone a deal than trade it into the dealer. You must truely see this vehicle to appreciate it. No pictures yet. Will set up something soon. jdmangum@comcast.net
