Anyone catch Russia versus the Czechs? I don't see anyone beating the hard checking Russians.

What are the odds of both the mens and womens team winning gold in Hockey? As good as they've ever been...I can even see Canada/US finals in both mens and womens hockey...not exactly a lock, but I could see it happening. Fish on... Todd

Canada is killing 'em....looks like they might get a re-match with the US eh?
I'm enjoying the hockey action, good stuff. Is it just me or is there a lack of physicality? Why all the high scores? For me it's kinda like watchin' a bunch of NHL All Star games. Very little hard checking, no fighting (not that that's what hockey is all about). Is it just the spirit of the Olympics?

I'm pulling for Canada in this game. If they win they will set a record for the most Gold medals by any country in the Winter Olympics. The US with either Gold or Silver will set a record for most medals won by a country in the Winter Olympics. 2 records are better than 1. Go Canada - Go North America!!!!!

I was up in Vancouver yesterday and wearing my American Flag cap.... A *lot* of friendly chirpyness about the game--people congratulating me on the silver medal, etc...
They are SO FIRED UP for the game up there it's incredible -- talk of the town. I cannot imagine how loud it'll be up there... Super moment for USA Hockey to steal one!

Where exactly in Puyallup do you live, Eddie ? Go USA The bully is goin' down. I wonder if Canadian Health Care will be able to handle the high volume of cases of sudden onset clinical depression ?

I look at it as they are tied 1 game apiece!
Two outa three would decide. What would those tickets have sold for?
Pros vs Pros, any given day either team could win, that they proved.
It was never gonna be, Miracle on Ice 2. Never gonna see a bunch of college kids beat a bunch of Russian pros during the time of the Cold War era again.
Both good games!
