Sebastes Repeat Spawner Registered: 10/31/02 Posts: 1295 Loc: Monroe,WA.	Sky Valley TU Kid's Fishing Derby April 25th is at Lake Tye in Monroe, for kids to age 12. Tackle and bait is provided at this free event. An adult derby is held in the afternoon with prizes for the Tagged fish, biggest fish, tickets cost $10 to participate which helps raise money for next years event. The derby is sponsored by Sky Valley TU, Lavro Boats and the City of Monroe, with financial support from local businesses. Volunteers are needed to help the TU Chapter members with various activities during the derby as well as set up and take down for the event. The event draws about a 1,000 people each year.
