The leader of a VERY large church I banked told me he had the most important job in the world. "Oh really?"
Same leader brought my assistant to tears over wording in a loan document she did not create, nor did she have any control over that document.
Same leader wanted me to convert the title of the Lexus SUV into his name that the church had just paid off, and that I didn't need to involve the church elders.
He lives by the example given in Mingo's post.

This is BRILLIANCE and the smartest LEGAL pyramid scheme in the world! Even smarter is how certain of these businesses convince their flock (what happens to sheep? ha ha ) they cannot use birth control, so they will crap out dozens more little lambs who will be forced by their parents to attend and put even more cash into the coffers!
Like I've said here dozens of times, Theocons can't recruit so they have to breed.

The point of the DL quote is pretty much right on, and follows my general philosophy on life: Do good, be good, and never, ever stop living to prepare for dying. Someone will do that for you.
Also, if church is so important, why is it on the same day as the NFL?

Religion, like politics, is a belief system. A belief system such as a Popeyeism is both. With the simple idea that "I Yam What I Yam", one can move thru life without stress, with the knowledge that it is a true mantra for all things.
