I think BYU is running into a buzzsaw this Saturday!!!

Been to a couple of practices these past few weeks and the Dawgs are playing fast, fast, fast. Both the players and the coaches. They look to be in mid-season form and are building on the whoopass they put on Cal and WSU to end last season.

Then add the fact that BYU is starting two querterbacks (meaning they have none) which is really pathetic considering that one of those is a true freshman. Heaps is going to be a stud but not as a true freshman. Their other qb must really suck. Add also the fact they have lost most of their middle defenders and well they're running into a buzzsaw..................

And a note to all the Beav's out there. The season starts in September not October! 0-3 is not a good way to start. But I suppose Beav fans are used to the OOC egg laying Beav's by now. But please at least put in an effort and stop embarrasing the hell out of the Pac-10!!!

So that BSU could get their one loss of the season against a Husky team that got only 3 wins They lost to a Willingham coached team. How pathetic is that! Cute co-eds though

Speaking of Bowls Chuck... How'd the Dawgs do last year, or in recent memory for that matter ?

All ribbing aside, I feel for the Dawgs. They currently, are where we were for soooo many years, and it's rough and frustrating. I cheer for the Dawgs every game but one....

In recent memory, the Dawgs won the Rose Bowl in 2001, which happens to be the same date the Beavs won their last significant bowl game...............nobody cares about the Sun Bowl or Emerald Bowl.

Come on Twitch. We were 5-7 last year. It took the Beavs 26 years to get to 5 wins.......we did it in one year after bottoming out.
I will admit Willingham was right up there with all the OSU coaching greats such as Avezzano, Kragthorpe and Pettibon.
All joking aside, the Beavs have done a nice job in the past decade and

The rest of the pac 10 couldn't hang with the dawgs so they brought them down the only way they knew how. What's the Beavs excuse besides just plain sucking?

I've always liked OSU. I see they have a tough opener on their schedule. So does UW.

Portland St was a replacement game for a cancelled Big Ten opponent...opening two are cheesy but its better than the upcoming 1-6 start for UW;)

Reality is ASU will suck this year, fully willing to accept that as long as D Ericksons head rolls...that guy is in some stage of Alzheimers and needs to be put out to pasture...hell I just left Boise and those fans are going nuts as they know if they win this weekend and beat OSU at home they are heading to the national title game. Kinda puts our weak teams in perspective. ASU beats UW(7 in a row), WSU and the two cupcakes to finish 4-8...

I see the Bougars getting three wins, at most...and they'll already have them in the bag before playing the Huskies...might even be just two wins.

I see three maybe four wins for ASU.

If you look at the Huskies last year it could have easily been a 9-3 season. Huskies take the pac 10.....you heard it here first!
