When I bought it, I took it to Clackacraft and paid the $300 to have the lifetime hull warranty tranferred to my name, so I have no doubts about them transferring the warranty again. Man.... If I hadn't just got a new one myself I woulda jumped all over this one. I don't think I've even been more comfortable in a drift boat as I have been in a Clack Max. SO MUCH ROOM!!!!!
