The last time I was at Baker was about a month ago. It was really low. I mean that little island in front of the boat ramp was out of the water. Depression Lake next to Baker was down to to puddles. And due to not much snow pack I doubt if it came up much. But I've been know to be wrong. rolleyes

was up there on saturday and managed a few koks, lake was low but the basic red egg and maggot worked fine. Had problems with lots (and I mean lots) of small fish but there were some nice ones willing to bite.

Being memorial day it (like most others) will be very crowded but there are plenty of fish out there. As long as the weather is decent it's always worth it. If baker doesn't pan out you can always try shannon
