Chuck E Three Time Spawner Registered: 09/07/05 Posts: 1832 Loc: Kitsap Peninsula	They can get a judgment and garnishee bank accounts, attach future income or sell the judgment to a collection agent at a discount for cash. In Washington, judgments have a ten year life and can be renewed for another ten. Superior court judgments will attach to your real property.
