Scarey thing for little kids.
We were in the hospital 2 years ago today. As good as they were there, we never want to go back. We'll think some good thoughts for you folks.

I remember your ordeal Dogfish and praying for a good recovery for the young man.
I wouldn't wish any parent to go thru the emotions of a sick child. As an EMT/FF/Rescue Diver I can attest to the raw emotions a first responder feels when faced with a youngster and the pain we feel for the parents. I still remember the names and faces of all the children I did CPR on.

Plus one. With 2 teenage age boy's with asthma, having to live through the nebulizer years with countless nights spent in the ER. I hope Rowan doing well, and my thoughts are with Bob & family. Hang in there.

Wonderful news about Rowan! The Dark Side does  Thanks all, sorry I missed this. Turns out the whole household started with Flu A and then a bacterial pneumonia developed on top of it. She had persistent fever of over 104 and very low O2 levels. After three days in the hospital here, they were not able to get much change in Ro ... so they sent to to PA by ambulance where she caught fixed wing ambulance with Corey to Boeing Field and then ambulance to Children's. She was there another four days ... but came out in fine shape with a lot of work from respiratory therapists. Don't want this combo of yuck, still fighting off the remnants of it myself. Thanks again

That's good news TRBO. Nothing sucks worse than a hospitalized kid. I knew she'd be fine as soon as she made it to Childrens....they are the best.
