Outshot 35-13 and still won the game. The team that takes the stupid penalties ends up losing. Canucks got away with it early. Sharks didn't.

Nucks had all the penalties in Period 1, then Period 2 SJ--put themselves into 3 --5 on 3 situations and Canucks scored 3 goals. Two pretty dumb penalties that refs gotta call--too many men, and delay of game-shot the puck over the glass in their own end.

Canucks sure do have their work cut out for them, thomas has been fantastic in goal and Luongo sure did shrivel fast. I think the line has as much to blame, lackadaisical passing, not charging the puck and just dumping it into the end for a possible chance at a shot is just lame. the Bruins pass and move down the ice, the Canucks dump it in the end and hope to recover.

I hope the Canucks come out with a different game plan friday.
