I must be the only guy on this board that likes cats.
Neutering a cat will cure 90%+ of the spraying problem.
I've never seen my cat piss around my house in a place that he shouldn't.
I've had lots of dogs & cats over the years and I gotta say that my big old Orange Tabby tomcat is most likely the best goddamn pet I've had in my life.
I look forward to him greeting me in the driveway every day after work.
Most affectionate mousing machine I've ever had.
He spends most of his time outside.
I dig the low maintenance factor of a cat.
I can take off hunting or fishing at will without a having "sitter" or having to find someone to take care of him.
That said, I live in the sticks and it would be near impossible for my cat to roam onto someone else's property.
I wouldn't own a cat if I lived in a subdivision, when your schitt intrudes into someone else's life it ain't right and that includes obnoxious lawn shittting, barking dogs.
I've killed plenty of feral cats and deer chasing dogs so I ain't about to cry at the tough guy cat killing talk either.
Ferals ain't welcome on my place, they fight with my cat, carry feline aids and kill too many native birds.
It is the effed up irresponsible pet owners I can't stand.
We live in an "all about me" society and too many people have animals in places where they shouldn't.
