Was at the Husky game getting more gray hairs instead of being at Stamfest. Wish I could have been there, as I know it was a good time. Sure hope the goat is OK and that Stam isn't blind (again). Sounded like it was going to be an EPIC party.

It was an excellent party. I did not see any really crazy stuff, but lots of fun stuff. The band was great, the food excellent and in prodigious quantities.
My only suggestion for next year is a few more lights outdoors. I think I heard Bucket say he was on that.

I spaced it..... and instead wound up smoking some butts for a family garage sale. Yippee..............
Glad y'all had fun. I doubt it could'a turned out different considering the quality of folks attending!

Yeah, with so little outdoor light it’s really hard to tell which of the five black labs is yours. With Tye it was a bit easier. All I had to do was listen for someone saying something like "That GD dog just ate my prime rib." I didn't get any of the prime rib, but Tye seemed to think it was excellent. After seven hours of grab-assing with other dogs and eating God knows what he's had it. He has slept all day without moving a muscle.

Cedar is being very "un-Ceda-like", and he is resting. Awesome time, great food, great people, great venue, and how could you possibly beat the weather? All y'all need to bring your own light with you.

Show cars, great food, and lots of it, great opportunity to catch up with those I haven't seen in awhile and some new introductions. A shot of Bulgarian 'shine with the host warmed the soul.... Thanks again to our host, his stalwart ancestors that provided so much, and all those that worked and rocked so hard to make it a memorable day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvyDWGF290M

Sorry I couldn't make it this year my brothah......I still think I'm slightly hung over from LAST year's bash, and the thought of missing the chance to steal more hunks of smoked salmon straight out'a 'da smokehouse makes us wanna cry.
Did Joe get on stage and do a couple minutes of standup? He loves to work a crowd............
I hoisted a few in your general direction. Next year. Maybe we can get B and V up for the bash next year.............

Stupid Huskies.
Let me know when Stamfest 2012 is and I'll call up Woodward to make sure he doesn't schedule another home game at the same time!
Or, I'm just selling my damn ticket next year......

Wasn't invited to the Stamfest. Did get an invite to the Survivor Redneck Olympics and pig roast up the road past Sol's old place on the hill. Looks like you all had a good time and I haven't heard of any animals being abused.

Wow what a killer time. Nice to meet a bunch of you. Thanks Stam. That had to have been one of the coolest private events I have ever attended. Jesus Bucket you were working almost everytime I saw you. Hope you enjoyed what you were doing because I sure did. Next year I'll be glad to build ya a meat table that is a couple feet higher off the ground with some kind of dog guard around it. Glad I didn't bring my dogs. They would of maid Tye look like a saint. 40 lbs of perfectly cooked Prime rib and BBQ turkey at eye leval would have yielded 0 maners.

I had a blast! Thanks again for the invite, Stam. It was also great to meet a few more PP'ers in person. Food was over-the-top even for people that do over-the-top food. Bucket's turkey and prime-rib were top-notch along with KK's ribs and Stam's fresh-outta-the-smoker Queen Charlotte kings. I feel like the world's meat supply must have taken a hit. The live music was solid as could be. The dozen labs running around seemed to have a great time too. At one point, Bucket's wife was livid at Tye for eating off her plate. I just looked at her and said, "That one isn't mine". She said, "I know. That is Vedder's damn dog!".

Been leaving food around the house with orders not to eat it. So far perfect. I think maybe Bucket's prime was just irresistable.

News at 11:00 Haha... training ala Vedder sounds exactly like training ala Twitch. The ol' bait n' shock technique! I put an electric wire around all the flower beds to protect them prior to the weddun recep.... once the wire was up, I smeared a lil' peanut butter on it, and plugged'er in. YEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLP a few seconds later confirmed it was on, and now he won't go near anything that resembles white string We used the shock collar technique to break him of bolting from us to rush up to visitors at the hatchery. over...

Tye has worn that damn shock collar for two weeks now. Not once has he done anything that would warrent a zap. I took it off just before the party - mistake.
Smoked salmon has been on the foot stool within two feet of his bed for more than an hour. He has stared a hole in it but has made no effort to take it. I think I need an entire one of Bucket;s prime ribs for bait.

$1 says you take it off, and leave the room, fish will be gone in seconds.
They know what that funny thing on their neck can do. They mind the collar, not the command...

I'd be getting the sh!t shocked out of me if I had to wear a shock collar around Bucket's prime rib. That stuff was worth getting electrified for.
