To me Conconully is always good but then again I am biased seeing that I grew up in and around Okanogan. Boat fishing seems to do better from what a friend said on the lower lake. If you go let us know how you did.

After reading the many reports from Liars Cove I'd say they fish without hooks and walk on water......Every fish you catch will be huge and Nita and Arnie will personally tuck you in at night and wake you up each morning with a hot cup of coffee. They will even warm up your boat seat if you wish. Fishin heaven awaits you......

Hey, I just got back from Conconully on Tuesday. Fishing was still good (was there on opening weekend) Water is still down quite a ways on the upper lake, but it's FINALLY coming up on the lower lake. Some big fish have been taken, but not by us...

Back with the report, Conconully was still fishing decent (upper lake), managed to get one big holdover 3.5lbs. Still not to difficult to get limits. Fished out the valley in Fish lake and had a blast catching smallmouth bass, the lake was full of them. Managed to get one that was roughly 4-4.5 lbs. Went up out of Riverside on saturday to Crawfish lake and dunked some bait and blasted the brookies, kept a handfull for the frying pan. Nobody fishes on the bottom and catches those things up there ,they all troll and either catch nothing or smallish bows, kinda weird I thought. The brookies are alot bigger and good eating.

Just a comment: When someone flips the "bird" at me, I write 'em off. What did that have to do with fishing?
