Not on me and I wont be home for another two weeks so your gonna have to wait. Sorry. The boats in good condition and unlike the other pontoons it has an aluminum frame. It also has a standing platform.

I spoke with Dave D and decided the way to go is 2-3 person cataraft. I really do not see the benefit of a driftboat over raft other than possible longterm wear on the tubes. Maybe I'm missing something.. Hmmm! Drift boats are better for pulling plugs, if that is your thing. Just like everything, there are pros and cons for every boat, including comparing DBs and inflatables.

are those catchercraft pontoons made from aluminum or steel? Catchercraft uses Maxxon, NRS, and JPW pontoons for the actual inflatable component of the boats, depending on what the customer wants. Our standard material for the frames is galvanized steel but we also offer aluminum frames if the customer requests it. We have done some comparisons and aluminum costs about 3 times as much for material (but can fluctuate depending on metal prices) and you save about 30% in weight. For most clients, the savings in weight doesn't make it worthwhile to go with aluminum for a frame material. Galvanized steel has been used for decades and has proven itself, doesn't rust, and is relatively easy to repair, not that it ever needs it. Aluminum has its advantages too. All depends on what the customer wants. To answer your question, the frame in the picture I posted is galvanized steel.

Dave D - Is that $1700 price for the ST1 complete, like the one in your pictures? Do you offer terms ? Perhaps I could sell my plugs for a down payment Any used ones around?

GutZ, Yeah, $1700 for a new one, like the photo except that shows a Cataract oar upgrade. We do sell used ones occasionally as we rotate different models through our demo/rental program. We just sold a used 1-Salt Steelhead but I'm hesitant about posting much more because we are not a site sponsor (We want to be but Bob didn't have any openings the last time I checked) and don't want to break the forum rules. I don't fish plugs but I have been known to give discounts for access to private duck hunting spots. Feel free to e-mail or PM for more info.
