I thought there was a place to camp at silver lake... id there a web site or any info you could pass on would be greatly appreciated. This is the Silver lake is pierce county, by olympia.

silver lake does have a camp ground. If you just want power and water you can camp right on the lake, the hookups are a couple hundred yards up from the lake. great people there that own the resort. I was there on sunday and in 5 hours limited on nice 12" rainbows.

is there a website or something? are you talking about camping at the resort or just anywhere on the lake? ie a state camp ground..... I saw signs on my way out to offutt resort. thought I had seen a website for silverlake.

I live close to the lake & have fished it for years,with very good luck. carey special,pink lady flies trolled also dicknites have be sure geeters for trout. Worms speak for them selfs. Along with camp sites, they have 4 cabins advail'b & a good boat ramp. you would be happy there lots of perch. Contact me if you like. Happy eaten!

I forgot to mention that TANWAX & RAPJON lakes are within 5 miles of Silver & offer great perch & bass fishing (big fish) See this site, Pierce Cnty Lakes for good descriptions & directions.

living so close.....wanna meet up and teach someone how to fish for bass or better yet help me find the crappies? heck just show me where the fish are and have a good chat!

There are about 4 sites right on the lake,you can pull-up or anchor your boat or fish from the bank at each site for tents or selfcontained units.with another row just above and etc. Keith you can reach me at carlandkaye@aol.com & we can go from there! hope this will help. Carl
