Some banks are actually sanctioning their employees to carry firearms, and they are provided some pretty good training. Not many, but there are a few. Rules of engagement are pretty strict, but do you really want to find out?

As far as owning guns or banning them goes. That nut in Scandanavia
that offed 80 some people had no problem obtaining a gun or several.
I thought all guns were heavily regulated there. Shooters don't seem
to have a problem obtaining guns wherever they are. Laws be damned. The black market provides for a price.

Laws about aberrant human behavior are a waste of paper and ink
