Like all the previous SF coaches? Besides Walsh have any went on to do anything else after leaving the 9ers? Just curious since you judge someone by their first Head Coaching job.

So Mike Shanahan, Dick Vermeil, John Gruden, Tony Dungy, Tom Coughlin, were failures since they couldn't win with their first teams.

Well I guess the happy faces makes you think everyone will over look the fact that you are a moron. I guess now I understand why you are the laughing stock of the political threads to.

A certain GB and Fawks coach had a pretty good run... wink

Turner's doing o.k. Shanahan might work out. Seifert had a decent run..but he got fired. Nolan.

Quite a few Niner coaches managed to pull their weight elsewhere.

So by your way of thinking Walsh's success should be partly given to the Raiders or the Bengals since he started out there before he ever coached in SF? Once again proving you are a moron!! Damn this is to easy.

Are you a coog by chance?

Here is your super star coaches performance as a Seahawk coach ...

SEA Total 14 18 0 .438

Stellar aint it?

He isnt a pro coach now, wont be one later and the hawks made a big time money mistake in giving him the oppertunity.

No worries though ... another year of this sub par performance and his replacement will take over wink

Chuck, Pete had no talent at all when he took the job. He and Schneider have made 250 personal moves, they just missed the wild card while in rebuilding mode. This defense was ranked 7th in the leauge and will be as good as the niners next year or the year after. The Seahawks are the youngest in the leauge, I should point out that 3/5 of there starting offense lineman were injured and out for the year. We'll get a good QB in the draft or we might get Matt Flynn, our owner is commited and is worth more than all the other owners combined. Laffin' Being a Dolphin fan must suck. lol ymmv.

Good for Kelly & the Ducks. Too bad Don James bailed the way he did.

I suspect some of Kelly's unfinished business is to keep taking the pups back to the wood shed. smile

Seems that Husky fans are obsessed with Chip Kelly and the Ducks.

In the meantime Leach is getting some quality recruits to buy into his new team over other BCS programs. Wouldn't have happened with Wulff.

I hear Leach and Sarkisian are both doing an in-home visit with a lineman from Bellevue.

It will be interesting come letter of intent time next week and next year's recruiting cycle.

It will be hard for any team to break Oregon's hold over the Pac-12 North unless they get sanctioned.

Leach has been all over and has been getting some big time talent. Of course until they sign it is all speculation at best. He got a commit this weekend from a JC transfer DL Ioane Guata who is 6' 3.5" and 310 lbs who most likely will be the new nose tackle in the 3-4 defense this year. He has a commit from a 4 star OL out of the Portland area, and a ton of other good looking youngsters. He has poached a couple of SMU's early commits, and has had at least 10 kids in for visits the last two weekends. Gonna be rocking in the Palouse this fall!

Every coach on the West Coast is telling UO recruits as I type this that Chip Kelly is gonna jump to the NFL sooner rather than later.

That Oregon is a filthy program and now they have a coach that was going to slip away in the middle of the night.
USC is another one.

Yep Lawler is deciding between the Beavs and Cougs. Dozier is down to Cal and WSU. Mickens is going to Pullman this weekend. Sale committed yesterday.

Would be nice to snag another NG or Teko Powell who visited last weekend. A couple of dbs too.

You can bank on it ... Nike u likes what they have built down there and manages to just fly under the radar.

I think they all walk the fine line with team attorneys close at hand.

I didn't wait for anything. I was lucky enough to be born into a time frame where I didn't have to watch those silly puppies slobbering their way into the endzone.
These days, the endzone is something long forgotten by all huskies except for internet chat room haters trying to have an argument for a team that once was.

JTard is living up to his nickname.

Just because you're too snot-nosed to remember it, that doesn't mean we didn't own the Ducks for decades prior to your 8-year streak. Did we not land on the moon because you're fresh out of grammar school?

Do you have a car flag, too?

The question is "what are your dawgs gonna do to get back to owning the Ducks" not "we used to own them". The Dawgfather is old and not coming back. Entman, Brunnell, Hobart, even both Huards are old. Dominating defense of UW, not to be seen again due to too much diversity in offense in the Pac 12 and now the talent is spread much more evenly around the conference. In the glory years, Oregon, OSU, Stanford and WSU were all crappy. USC was up and down and so was UCLA. Cal was 10-2 in 1991. The Arizona schools were average. Totally different times now and way more talent across the board. It is gonna get harder not easier too.

Yeah, really?

We're going to hire a new DC, a new secondary coach, we'll get that UO monkey off our backs, and we'll still beat WSU like a drum.
