I have no problem with gay marriages, more women on the market that might take a liking to me! Our society from the top down is filled with groups that bend over (no pun intended) the average Joe using the system dishonestly for personal gain, so put the passion to prevent the gay union for fear of fraudulent acts into punishing any and every POS that pulls wool for personal gain. And start at the very top and work down please. It only makes sense for the biggest and worst offenders to be dealt with accordingly. Imagine stopping the Bernie Maidoffswitcho$ and Wall Street moguls I meant maggots that scalded the fair skin of our economy to near fatal results. As for the reasoning to prevent gay marriage to protect the innocence of the children brought into the home setting via the gay relationship I have a universal problem with fun with the innocence of a child in anyway shape or form, there are plenty of kids ousted from households of Married men and women where genuine love for their welfare was ignored for whatever f'd up issue (take your pick) and if they can be adopted and raised by a caring adult(s) then I support it. Or if the gay couple get a surrogate mother or for a male gay couple or dude, sperm donor for a female gay couple or woman. Transfer the passion of laying your personal way of life onto society as a whole to providing a good upbringing and punishing f'rs (And I'm talking some mid evil shite punishment aka Zeds dead (Pulp fiction) ramifications if any adult thinks harming a kid emotionally or physically. permutable. Kids eventually become self-reliant adults conducting themselves using the tools of their upbringing and most times the sponge of cumulative cognitive learning spills deep with what those children learned from their parents/family. PS. This whole gay people being compared to Black people is so damn blown out of proportion. I don't recall gay people being hanged from trees or persecuted through out history. You can go back to Ancient Rome and Greece and see that homosexuality was widely accepted. Over time as Christianity gained popularity it became less accepted but not to the level of Blacks. Its ridiculous and damn near insulting to hear this comparison over and over again

Unlike some of you that were born here or in California, my family has deep roots in the South. My dad grew up during the integration time period. Constantly avoiding people in pick ups with Confederate flags. Hell I was down visiting my grandmother 5 years ago and had racist shiiet yelled at me. I don't recall commercials on tv discouraging racial slurs towards minorities but don't call something gay, the tv says its offensive.

Me and my wife marrying had zero affect on any gay couple out there. A gay couple marrying has no affect on my life. For those who disagree with gay marriage, how will this make your life worse? I'm not seeing it.

This is just such a stupid thing. Why would I not want my gay friends to have someone telling them they can not go fishing because there are things to do around the house this weekend. That is something we should all enjoy.
