I'm looking for new/more sources for used vegetable oil. I make biodiesel to power my families vehicles. Most restaurants pay a large rendering company $50-$100 a month to haul away there used fryer oil. I offer a free collection service. I know its a long shot posting this here but I won't get any additional oil if I don't try. If you know someone that might be interested in my services please PM me there name and contact info.

Looks like all that oil has become more useful. My boss has sold and stored several large commercial tanks for biodiesel.

I just took over a restaurant in Aberdeen. I have about 25 gallons for you.

Actually, I just checked. Looks like I have about 15 gallons. Two of the containers were empty, but that way the grease in the fryer has someplace to go.

These recycling center almost always have a large dumpster from one of the large rendering companies that they dump fryer oil in. I have checked several around my neck of the woods.

I should have given a little more info on this as well. I live in the Lynnwood area and commute to Redmond for work. Anywhere in that area would be ideal for picking up oil. As for quality of oil, there is good oil and bad oil. I'm looking for oil that is amber, golden, or brown in color. It's best if you can see your refection in the oil. Oils should be in a liquid state not solidified. All other oils can be made into biodiesel but there is a tremendous amount of extra work involved.
