The Skagit is running a tad high at the moment, altho the tributaries are beginning to drop. So snowmelt is declining.

I will be working the edges and covering mucho water of the raging torrent called Skykomish.

I'd like a crack at some kings as I bought 2 plug rods for said fish and im jonesin' for a king take down!! That means new plugs...do you guys prefer braid for kings? Im guessing we'll most likely do 2 days sky steelfaces, 1 day skadge. Im stoked!!!!!!

Anyone fish well above Reiter early in the season? I figure the majority of fish are close to or below it, but with the high water, wondered if there were a few fish to be found up there. I like the extra elbow room, too.

Lots of water so I'm doin a longer one on Saturday. High bridge to Ben Howard and then Sunday will just do high bridge to sultan probably. Look for an older clack with a white hull. It will be the one floating down river with nobody in it.
