Hell no Bush is not unfunding the wars he started. In fact, he's been on every media outlet he could find telling the American people all about the plan that's been in place for years for ending our involvement and for paying the expenses of his choices.

If he wants the credit for killing bin laden, he has to accept the bill for it too.
