So we finally got our first chance to get out on the river with some of our New Drift Boat Designs. We have been going crazy waiting for some rain and a fishable river. And finally it came together for us. We took out one of our new Guide Fiberglass Boats and one of our New Guide Aluminum Boats. The water was still pretty dirty and just starting to get cleaned up, but my first fish on a Guide Drift Boat was this 18lb Silver. Not a bad way to break in the new boat design. We had a blast. My brother also caught his first "River Salmon". The weather was beautiful and it was great to spend a day on the water after a bit of a hiatus after Tuna Season. There were not a ton of fish in the river and fishing was spotty for most of the boats I talked to, but hopefully it will get better in the next couple days as the river cleans up. Here's the Pics!

I guess I have spent too much time chasing Tuna and not enough time weighing Salmon these days. I guess i will say this. It was a very nice Silver and a great fish to break the new boat in with.

It was a great day on the water!

Also, I can't provide a scale on the boat or all my fish would shrink!
