The company was down $345 million last year... maybe you could divide this CEO's million dollar income up between the workers but it won't do anything to offset the losses. Thought experiment: what $$ in fraud should equal murder in terms of punishment? If you're a financial advisor and you bilk your clients out of $2M of their retirement, or $5M, or $10M. Does that rise to the degree that you'd punish a murderer? What $$ number is it for you?

Absolutely! Like the fat cat CEO's of this country I too believe in "pay for performance". You don't perform you don't get paid. No golden parachute. No stock options. No bonus. Just like the rest of the employees. Even more so in a bankruptcy when you are seeking forgiveness of your debts.
