Better watch your backs; we got crazy people with assault rifles and big clips as well as drones packing heat. It will only be a matter of time before a drone kills an innocent person and all heII breaks loose.

It makes sense to take out someone just for being a member of Al Qaeda. I'd extend that to anyone who is a member of a gang like the Bloods or Crips as well. They're a menace to society, and society's number one job is to protect itself. Maybe add that as a Constitutional amendment to make it cool with the ACLU.

Pretty sketchy Constitutionally speaking...but I'm pretty sure it only applies to Americans NOT on American soil who are members of Al Qaeda.
