I spoke with Bob and got the nod for this bracket raffle and this is how it's going to go down.

To be eligible you need to reply to post (no PM's) with your announcement that you "are in". Once the 66 spots are are filled and you are confirmed for the drawing I will contact you via PM with my address.

You will need to either purchase 1 jig or tie a QUALITY jig (no used jigs) of your choice and send it along with 1 dime ( $0.10 to cover shipping to the finals WINNER) in a small padded envelope to me. You CAN NOT send it in an envelope with a normal postage stamp as it will not make it to me. No Excuses

The drawing:

I will make a video of the drawing and post it on here for fairness !!!

After writing down all 66 of the confirmed Piscatorial Pursuits user names on a sheet of paper, I will cut them into 66 separate pieces and put them in a coffee can. Then I will take the 66 spaces in the Tournament bracket and cut them in separate pieces to go into a different coffee can.

While the camera is rolling, I will pull out 1 name and 1 bracket location and that will be their spot in the tournament until both coffee cans are empty and the full bracket is determined.

EXAMPLE: Say I draw Bob from the first can and West no. 7 seed from the second can, that will be Bob's location in the bracket.

WINNER TAKE ALL

I know that some of you have multiple personalities and have more than 1 user name that you post with. This raffle of sorts is for 1 ENTRY PER PERSON. If it is found that your entering more than once, you will not be allowed in the contest.

We need to get this rolling ASAP so our bracket is determined well before the NCAA sets their bracket.
