Anyone make it up to reiter today? Probably high but should be fishable. How was it? Any new winter fish? Thanks in advance!

About 15 cars in lot, river was high. Not sure how many fish caught. People fishing Proctor Creek too - didn't see anything caught.

Should have been good today at Reiter. (11/28) The river at Gold Bar is at 6,600. It was a falling river so thats usually prime time.

Slow weekend despite pretty good water. Saw about 5 on Saturday, 3 on Sunday. Most of the fish were small (4-6lb) and pretty bright, I'd say winter run or those--whatever they are fall fish. One big double striper (the one I got...geez, I thought it was a chum when it first broke water).

I heard a rumor that the nets are in the Snohomish which would explain the small fish showing at Reiter (the only ones that can get through the mesh). Can anyone out there confirm this or provide details regarding net schedules? Thanks, in advance.

I'm sure the fish are just a little late, just as they are over on the coast. The indians cannot net when the river gets to the level it was on Thursday and Friday. The debris would shred their nets. However this will be something to watch out for in the coming weeks! I'm sure the brats will be here soon enough!
