I have 9.5' cataract oars that are in great shape with a few scuffs no cracks or scrapes. Would like to trade for 9' same shape.

When I bought my 9'6" Cataracs they were also to long so I just cut off 6" and drilled a new hole for the round button that keeps it intact. Easy to do if ya can't find a trade.!

I went the other way. I took the handle off and re-epoxed it in. If I cut the other end it would have made the wrap too short. I posted a thread on the Washington fly fishing site under the watercraft section.
