If brothers 2 and 3, scumbags or not, aren't prosecuted, then maybe it means there isn't sufficient evidence indicating their guilt. Much as I favor barbaric executions, maybe they shouldn't be beat to death if they are innocent. Ya' know, just a thought, American justice, innocent until proven guilty and all that.

I would think that the three women victims/witnesses would be able to give the police enough info on the involvement/noninvolvement of the other two brothers.

I heard on the radio that the three kidnapped women didn't provide any statements implicating the two brothers that were released. I'm guessing that had a lot to do with why they were released. Cleveland cops and FBI wouldn't have released them just for kicks.
