I noticed that Jimmy Carter was is in Seattle and having read a few of his books I know that he is an avid fly fisherman.
Did anyone go fishing with him and if so how did you do?

And I saw and talked to this white rabbit that was running around looking to attack him. Kinda reminded me of Alice in Wonerland which was pretty much him and his adminastration as I recall.

Nowhere YET. Planning on doing either the high drift on the Nooch or the lower Satsop from the sled on Sunday.
For once, it looks like the weather is going to cooperate, now we just have to hope the the fish cooperate, too.

On politics, While I don't agree with Jimmy, I do respect the fact that he is apparently honest and truly believes what he says, save for the rabbit thing. I don't agree with Mike Lowry or Gary Locke either, but gladly accepted environmental awards from them for making bullets in a greener way. I don't agree with Clinton, Gore or Boxer but accepted the invitation to sit and discuss my opinions on keeping the environment cleaner. In summary, I think that the more time these jokers spend with us, the better. Perhaps some common sense will get to them through osmosis if nothing else. Lance
