My freezer crapped out and there went my eggs. Where can a guy get some quality eggs this time of year?

I'm looking for some too. I used up the last of mine on the Green last week. I need some for the mighty Hoh next weekend.

Try the premium cured eggs at Fred Meyer. If you can't find these then try the frozen borax eggs at GI Joe's. Last resort would be to get Guide's Choice at GI Joe's but open them up first and make sure they're not flat. Don't waste your money on the vacuum packed Pro-cured eggs because they fall off your hook.

hum, i've never had a problem with the vacuum packed pro-cure eggs falling of the hook,they wouldn't be my first choice,but in a pinch they've worked pretty good for me and saved the day,well good luck.

Call the "Guide shop" in Tillamook Oregon. They sell a varity of cured and uncured eggs that they can ship anywere in the country. They kind of specialize in this service. I dont know the availability this time of the year but usaully they have lots and lots of eggs.

The Guide Shop.. they'll ship them to your door, but as you may already know, they're not cheap.

If you ever go thru Hoquiam and can catch me home I'll give you a bunch of eggs. I have lots of them left over from the Kenai River last year. They are put up with Pro Glow and are in baggies and frozen. Email me and I'll give you my number and feel free to get some. fp

If your egg supply has run out go to the grocery store and buy some prawns. I tried them several years ago and have hardley used eggs since. They work as well as eggs if not better, and they stay on your hook until you break off or catch a fish. One thing I have started to do is dye the eggs with pro glo bait coloring. I use just enough to change the prawn meat a light pink. Try it , you won't be dissapointed.
