Farmgirl,
All is low. You may do better with rivers that have color like the Hoh and Queets, and even they are low. I would wait to plan a trip till we get some rain.

The salt has hatchery blackmouth season open.

Razor clams are open this weekend on the coast. That's were I will be, they do not spook as easy..Just a thought.
Good luck..

Don't know where you are going for clams, but check the WDFW board, they did some closures today for bacteria content.

According to JonnyCoho the hatchery zones are open. I'd check out Tokul and the BigEddy, since you are already familiar with the area. Post a report if you have any luck.

Peace Out...

Hi F.F. (FishinFarmgirl) The Penninsula is as newcomer (not a bad thing) friendly as it get's right now. The ultra low water make's for quick decision's on where the fish can hide. It is late Feb., so you can expect fish to already be in every stream out there. The local's tend not to fish in these condition's, instead they'll wait to fish the Big red corkie's after the next freshet. Sorry for not sending ya to one of my favorite's, but their all listed in the Reg's. The Reg's have been my best fishing guide,(If they bother to list em, something's probably going there.) E-mail me at humpie@freeidot.net and I can be specific. May you all feel the rush!

I maybe lynched for this but how about the Puyallup or Carbon rivers. I heard they were OK last couple of weeks. I may go in the morning and try it out.

Big Jim...I'll be on the Carbon in the morning, lost a nice native there this afternoon. River is very low and clear but there are some fish around.
