Other than 2Many's post, I'm curious about Merg's qualifications as a financier. I mean he's demonstrated his twitching skilz, but we've never seen any evidence that he can spell or cobble enough sentences together to make a contract, let alone do the math.

Rates? A/R financing? Dollar limit, high & low? I have clients that don't fit my molds every once in a while and they need an interim source of financing. I do stuff from $250,000 to $10 million, but have folks who are in that range. Can you handle that?

My boss wants to focus on the portable sanitation and small equipment associated with it because he has been in that industry for so many years he knows EVERYONE. The guy has Steven Tyler in his phone...the guys personal number....ive never known someone that knows soooo many people in every walk of life. between his yoga studio that Owen Wilson attends to his real estate company here in WA...pretty crazy.


I on the other hand I know NOTHING about portable crapping. So im venturing out into other avenues.


His networking with tons of banks, rich people, and other sources of capital enable him to be able to put any deal together....from a 100 million dollar skyscraper ( no one likes dealing with bean counters) to your $1300 moped. if it makes sense....we can finance it.

Sounds like what we in the banking business call, "alternative financing". Always good to have people to deal with like this. Get folks into deals, have them perform for a bit, and then transfer over to conventional financing after 6-12 months..

I was kidding. I'm sure the guy is legit and it will be a good business venture for him. That would be quite the operation if he had that kind of money to loan. Just giving merg [Bleeeeep!]. If I had the opportunity to make good money and live in Hawaii I would do the same. As a young single guy you would be stupid not to. Sounds like the right guy to hook up with. I'm still wondering how Merg got this job in finance. His publicly known expertise is in twitching jigs for salmon and picking up chicks. I've never given any real thought to the qualifications required for financing sani-cans.

The percentage of people that get hard money and pay it back is miniscule. It usually ends up NOT in favor of the borrower. I have never and will never set someone up for failure just to make a buck. I’ve seen this movie far too many times. Merg, be careful. I can feel your excitement but beware.

I want to start a business guiding people on creeks stuffed with boot coho twitching jigs. I'm the only one who can do it well. I'm a shoe in to pay you back for the 15 rainshadow rods and daiwa steez reels I will need,along with the materials to tie 9000 jigs and a lifetime supply of maxima,10 pairs of simms waders along with the guide rainjackets to match,and I will also need some cash for a new 4x4 dodge cummins and a jet boat . And a fancy faux hawk hairdo . Those aren't cheap. Lots of hair gel,cause you gotta look good on the river.

My sincere suggestion, nobody from this website should ever get involved with anybody from this operation.

I made a referral of someone I couldn't help to these guys, and it has been such a comedy of errors that it is almost tragic. Tried to give a fellow board member some business, as I do often, but the results have been less than stellar.

Please don't insult train wrecks like that....
