Who didn't fuckin' know stam was going to mop up a bunch of scratch on this game? It was only a question of how bad the beating was going to be. Like KK said - slabby picked the Donks, so the beating actually started days before kickoff.  Enjoy your $$$$ stam - you earned it. You made a great prediction at 44-10.

Kearse broke more tackles in one touchdown than all the Donk wr did for the entire game. Five more by my count. Welker said they turned the volume down at practice because SB's aren't that laud as we'll coached as the Hawks are the Donks coaching was a joke.

They'll figure it out, and keep us loaded and under the cap. They'll juggle this and structure that so that the bulk of the talent is here for a while.
How do you not love Kearse? The kid came up big in some huge games, and played a real role in the Hawks bringing home the LT.

That's the beautiful thing about the Schneider/Carroll partnership and the always compete mentality. If money is your thing then good luck in free agency. If winning is your thing then welcome to training camp where you may still lose your job to an undrafted free agent. Or a 5'10 5/8" 3rd rounder.
How many times have we seen pro athletes go in the tank after signing a huge contract yet on the Hawks we've seen ET, Cam and Beast all play their best ball after their big paydays. Dumping Flynn and eating his signing bonus sent a huge message both inside and outside the organization.
Tate either signs what Schneider puts in front of him or gets replaced by a "pedestrian" 6th rounder.
The Hawks will never find themselves with half their cap space going to one superstar.
And that is why this train is just starting to get rolling.

Sound General Quarters ! THIS! I'll be. We kicked some butt, for sure! And I'm glad we did, but I am surprised at the total domination. I know, I know....you girls all knew that, right? AND you know that Stam is undefeatable (not, but his record is impressive), so you backed him up, right? Yeah, uh huh. I'm out about a tank and a half of fuel money because I bet on what I thought the outcome would be, not because I was in favor of a Broncos win. I lost the bet. No excuses, No crying, and apparently No Vision.  Stam stepped up and challenged my predictions. Good for him. But unless I missed the outlay of bets, which I don't think I did, the rest of you .... well, (pump yourselves up and complete with whatever you like) BU ttercup, you'll never measure up. It really is just that simple. As for the rest of you groupie rejects........grow a set. Here's to hoping I've given you something to do while I live rent free in your heads.

He certainly has "it". Just the way he carries himself and how relaxed he is on the big stage at his age.
He represents Seattle and the entire Hawks organization really well.
The Hawks look to be in good hands for a number of years to come.
