I hate it when gear sits unused and this puppy is just sad and lonely sitting in my rod rack in my man cave. It needs to be used! Rod is a 10' Herzog certified pro Lamiglas casting stick, 8-12 lb. Zog sold it me himself at Sportco. Pared with a VERY low-mileage left hand Curado CU-201 BSF. The rod has a few minor scratches but is ready to tackle that lunker. Reel is spooled with 40 lb braid. Perfect setup for someone wanting to get into float fishing. I'll let this combo go to the first person with $175 cash. Local handoff only, like in the parking lot of Outdoor Emporium. I don't have time to pack and ship anything.

What braid is that? My eyes should easily be able to pick that color up....

Momoi Diamond braid. I just checked, it's 50 lb braid, not 40. Momoi is a tight weave so it's very low diameter. Great stuff. My favorite brand actually.

Picked up a widows load of lightly used gear from the fly shop in PA 2 years ago, brad scored the minty green Curado 200 off me.

I'd have liked to have talked to the original owner, all his stuff was spot on fish killing gear, I could tell from the way he rigged the vintage Lami X-10 MLC that he knew exactly how to fish summer runs in air clear water.
