I would think it's about time for the House to take another vote on overturning the Affordable Care Act...then have some more hearings on the made up conspiracy du jour, and then take four weeks off to golf.
Fish on...

You should work on keeping your story straight. First you said there was no problem now you are saying there was a problem ? In reality you had no idea then and still have no idea you just come to a conclusion and then try to find evidence to support your view. Your side is now faced with starting wars in Lybia, Ukraine, Syria and a civil war in Iraq. Quadruple down on bushes policies and it is still somehow bushes problem?

The first thing we should do is evac any civilian contractors out of there. And then covertly work to get as many Muslim radicals to kill as many Muslim radicals as possible.
No money no planes no drones no troops etc......

Todd I agree. Anything that keeps congress from actually passing any new laws is a win in my book. Of course congress ain't commander in chief so I'm fully confident that Obama will [Bleeeeep!] this up all on his own!

Iran Iraq are just countries set up by the British to control the oil after ww1. the people living there are tribal and have fought each other for ever and will never stop fighting each other. we, the U.S. should just stay out but will not. big oil controls all.

These "Jihadists" ( what a laughable label) actions are consistent with any other country where the US has invaded under false pretense and cause. Across the middle east, Once our or the NATO forces leave, the same old regime or another one which is likely worse than the ousted regime will attempt to take over the country. It's happening in Afghanistan, It happened in Libya, it would have happened in Syria too. A failed policy fails every time you implement it.
As of today, You can Add Hamas declaring intifada on Israel to the fray now too Obama.

It comes as a huge surprise to me that things are a mess in the Middle east. Now if we just add our troops, lose thousands of Americas best and bankrupt the country to straighten it out, all will be fine,.

Now if we just add our troops, lose thousands of Americas best and bankrupt the country to straighten it out, all will be fine,. We've already tried that...didn't go so well. I'd be interested to see what happens if we just leave them the f.uck alone. Let'em kill each other and get it sorted out.

If we can leave them alone we do , lots of areas of the world need intervention and we mostly stay out of it Africa for example. Ignoring it is not an option if you want to continue to have oil priced on dollars vs gold or other currencies . People want to take the European approach and talk about it while sipping coffee in a detached manor. They can because oil is not tied to their currency directly. I doubt most people even understand the ramifications to the US if it changes. You won't be living anywhere near how you are now . That leaves us with a shatload of shatty options.

I'm starting to think that nationalizing our oil might be worth a try. Take it off the international commodities market and keep it here. I know that kind of thinking may have it's pitfalls but I'm tired of seeing American boys dying and our country going down the sh.iiter because of oil. Fire away.

I know...I know.
I'm not sure having ragheads doing the market manipulation is any better though.
I don't trust my government but I trust them more than I trust OPEC and the camel fu.ckers.

If I remember correctly, The Iraq Resolution or the Iraq War Resolution (formally the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002,[1] Pub.L. 107–243, 116 Stat. 1498, enacted October 16, 2002, H.J.Res. 114) is a joint resolution passed by the United States Congress in October 2002 as Public Law No: 107-243, authorizing military action against Iraq.
Considering this information how is it that you might feel that is proper to place the blame of the fiasco that we are currently embroiled in at the feet of any Bush?

It's been reported that 2000 Iranian troops/volunteers have entered the fray.
