Wow! Two whole pages; I thought I was going to read reams of advice about how to obtain the deferral. Then I discovered it is the Redhook factor taking up 90% of the thread's bandwidth. Should have expected that.

I don't get many speeding tickets, but this isn't the first one. And my insurance rates are based on not getting tickets, so they take a steep increase whenever I do get a ticket.
