I have some questions with fishing eggs , can't yet but I am getting ready for the winter runs.

1. Does using the red or orange mesh make a diffrece in holding the eggs insead of tying them to the hook with a egg-loop?

2. and how do the eggs stay on the loop when there is nothing holding them from disspercing?

3. And last I was woindering if some Lk. Washington sockeye eggs work? , going out possibly and would like to use the eggs.

This may not to have to do with eggs but, I still havn't heard of anyone getting a big number of summer-runs on the snowqualmie, my dad talked to a freind of his a he said he heard of one person with a catch , I havn't even seen them in the Tolt, but maybe its just me?.

I dont like meshed eggs. I always go for the skein eggs. I know they probably work but just seems odd. Like a cheeseburger in pantyhose!
stick the hook through the entire sack then wrap the egg loop around, just like with skein eggs.

1. Yes the mesh is much stronger than normal skiens, so your baits will last longer in heavy current. The mesh is also useful for the eggs not tight in the skiens. These eggs would be worthless without the wrap.
2. Good eggs have a skien still attached so the bait loop has something to keep them in place.
3. They will work fine but they will be small.

I also prefer my eggs not to be in the mesh.
