I forget the step ladder so you can get in and a few phone books to sit on so you can see to drive.

Did you get that truck to haul your ego around with?
Tell your wife to come down - I'll take mine and yours to Krispy Kreme and then make both of them come, since you can't, Limpy.

Anyone with money in the stock market is crazy right now, but it is pretty much too late to get it out.
The trigger event happened about 3 weeks ago which is currently crashing all markets, right now what you are seeing is like a pickle barrel sloshing back and forth with, (day to day volatility), pretty soon the plug is going to get pulled from the bottom.
What happened 3 weeks ago is the United States defaulted on its interest payment to China, 10 cubic tons of gold which they deliver every month, they did not deliver it. SO what was the result? China crashed their own markets, sold off a couple billion shares of US bonds, lowered their currency value by manipulation and then used the money they got from selling the bonds and bought Yaun at a manipulated reduced rate.
China has been waiting for the US not to send payment and it triggered what you are seeing now. US bonds are being sold like crazy right now by the debt holders, (nearly all of them). The US Treasury has to buy them, all that inflation that has been sent out since 1971 is coming back to the United States all at once.
Physical Gold and Silver is pretty much gone from the open market, its pretty much too late to get it in any large quantity. There are still opportunities to get Gold but Silver is way short 6 weeks to get orders and Junk silver is gone only bullion left.

Rich, "10 cubic tons" of gold is about equal to 10 cubic yards, so that would be a stack of gold that is 30 ft. long. 3ft. wide and 3ft. high.
That's a hell of a lot of gold....every month? Not sure the US Gov't has that much..
Total amount of gold ever mined is said to be approx. 170,000 metric tons, and China has been buying the sh1t out of it for years.
On the list of gold producing countries, China is #1 and the US is down about #4. Gold mining in the US has been under assault from environmental groups for decades, and if the production in the US continues to fall, where will companies needing gold for electronics, jewelry, NASA projects, etc. go to get it?
My guess is China.

Yeah - it's too late to get out now because you can't call your broker tomorrow and have your money 2 days later.
Of course, you'll need to take that money and convert it to gold - another fiat currency - so you can eat the gold when it goes really wrong.
The hysterical crap coming out of your mouth is comical, RICH. How 'bout you bet me $500 of fiat currency that we won't be in the tank at Christmas? If the currency is worthless, as you predict, the bet won't actually cost you a dime.

Dan, what, in your opinion, defines gold as a fiat currency?
Buying physical gold is not the most profitable of investments when compared to what could be earned in good investment funds, but it's always good to have some precious metals in the safe.
A fiat currency can become worthless like what happened in Germany during the 1920's. Friend of my parents, long dead now, used to tell me stories of when he was a kid, and they had baskets of coins as toys. Gov't issued money was virtually worthless.
Gold will always have a value, it will always be desired. Without gold you've got no IPhones, wedding bands, electronics and a few hundred other major industrial and private uses.
I'm no survivalist nut, but if the SHTF and your US currency was worthless, you're only way to get needed things would be to steal it, barter, or trade a precious stone or precious metal such as gold or silver.

At least Rich is referring to an actual unit of measurement this time. The Germans are stuck because they were refused the return of their 500 and some cubic tons of gold, they cant get out unless they have their gold.

Dan,
It does bother me a bit that you mock me but only due to the fact that your criticism of me is a complete joke and totally ignorant. Have you ever thought about using common sense and actually thinking about and researching what I said? I doubt it because it would show that everything you ever thought about life and the way things are is completely wrong.
The Idea you live by I gave up long ago, I saw the writing on the wall and started to "HEDGE" myself for the coming events.
Think "sevens", we are approaching another significant one on 9/13/2015. 9/11 and the 08 crash were significant "sevens" you know in the 08 crash that the stock market dropped 777.777 points which was actually exactly a 7% drop. Do you think that these things are of coincidence? I definitely do not.... think "Shemitah", 9/11 and the 08 crash happened on or right around the "Shemitah". Do you know what "Shemitah" is? Most probably do not.... It has to do with the forgiveness of debt, its on a 7 year cycle.
Oh wait, you guys don't believe in anything let alone anything to do with "God" or "Religion".

I meant Metric ton, even I have a brain fart every now and then.
Its easier not to acknowledge the message and to mock the messenger instead.
The specific details are not all that important anyways. What happened is important.

It is much easier to label someone like me as a "crazy" because if I am correct than it means everything you ever thought or believed in was [Bleeeeep!] and by you hanging onto it, it means you are going down with it.

I wont deny that I am indeed different, I have always gone my own way, made up my own mind about things. Never quite fit in since I was a kid, always popular, friends with everybody but always drummed to my own beat.
I have never compromised on what I thought was the right thing, even to my own detriment. I have been this way my whole life, kinda like a bull in a china cabinet when I was younger, but now I pick my opportunities.
